Sasha Alexander was born to an Italian father and Serbian mother. Sasha speaks Serbian and Italian quite well. She acted the first time when she was in seventh grade. She had a lead female role in her school's production of "Baby".
Sasha Alexander is not her real name. Her real first name is Suzana and her brother's name is Alexander.
Sasha attended film school at the University of Southern of California. She had her career breakthrough when she co-starred with her friend, James Van Der Beek, on "Dawson Creek".
Besides acting, Sasha Alexander has also written a variety of productions, including "Lucky 13".
In 2003, she starred in CBS' NCIS ("Navy NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service") series as Agent Caitlin 'Kate' Todd.
