Lindsay Lohan started modeling when she was three years old.
She was born in New York. Her mother, Dina Lohan is a former Radio City "Rockette" and also a Wall Street analyst. Michael Lohan, Linday's father, was a succesful Wall Street trader.
In 1997, Nancy Meyers, the director of The Parent Trap called Lindsay and told her that she landed roles in that movie as twins, which ends a six-month casting search.
In 2003, Lindsay accepted the lead role in Disney's Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen (originally a New Line project written for Hilary Duff, who had to pass due to her full schedule). Filmed in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and in New York City, Queen is set for release early in 2004.
