Lance Bass was the member of popular mid 90s boys band NSYNC.
In 2006, Lance Bass openly admitted that he is gay and in a relationship with a former star of "Amazing Race", Reichen Lehmkuhl.
Lance Bass entered the cosmonaut training in 2002, hoping to fly into space on Soyuz spacecraft. He did not fly because his sponsorship fund failed to materialize. In 2004, Bass was inducted as a member of the National Space Society's Board of Governor.
