Jason Biggs was born in New Jersey. His father, Gary Biggs was a shipping company manger and Angela Biggs was a nurse.

Biggs started his acting career as a child actor for TV commercials at age 5. He appeared in Fox's Drexell's Class in 1991. The show only lasted for a season. In 1991, Briggs had his theater debut when he got a part in Conversations With My Father as Judd Hirsch's opposite.

Biggs attended New York University and Montclair State University in New Jersey briefly. He dropped out to pursue his dream in acting.

Jason Biggs got his career breakthrough when he landed a role in 1999 summer hit American Pie in which he portraying Jim, who with his other friends trying to lose their virginity by high school graduation.

Following the success of American Pie, Biggs' career continues to shine. He has appeared in Boys and Girls, American Pie 2, American Wedding, Prozac Nation and Jersey Girl.
