Don Cheadle was born to a psychologist father and bank manager mother on November 29, 1964 in Kansas City, Missouri. He was interested in acting since the age of 5.
He first became recognized in "Devil in a Blue Dress" (1995), which won him the Best Supporting Actor Award from the Los Angeles Film Critics. He appeared in movies such as "Boogie Nights" with Mark Wahlberg, "Bulworth" with Warren Beatty, "Swordfish" with John Travolta, "Ocean's Eleven" with George Clooney and "Hotel Rwanda" with Nick Nolte.
